To take something out and don't put it back is not good business..had a light strip that they had to take off to go behind the panel for the stereo was kept off ..crank the panel in the process, and they're not going to say hey ..we forgot to put it back on, u have to notice it like all the scratches. My trunk when they had it lift up ..and my jumper cables gone.. return for this trip because the radio stop working after 6 months ..but they will say "Hey this radio is out of warranty and we can sell u this one..More Money I didn't plan to spend...b4 u leave here comes another problem. NOW IM CROSSING MY FINGERS TO SEE HOW LONG THE NEW ONE LAST

We weren't sure where to turn when the touchscreen on our car stereo stopped working properly. The backup camera, Bluetooth pairing, and touchscreen had all quit, and the dealership wanted to charge us thousands of dollars to replace everything. Thankfully, we found Car Stereo Warehouse! We worked with Obie, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to find the best solution for our car instead of just trying to sell us the most expensive option. He truly went above and beyond, gave us a very fair price, and even upgraded our system when we weren't expecting it. Obie is the real deal, and the rest of the team was just as friendly and helpful. They carry high-quality products, and their installation was flawless. Everything works perfectly, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We're so grateful to Obie and the entire team. We'll definitely be back when it's time to upgrade the stereo in our other car. Highly recommend Car Stereo Warehouse!

OB and install tech provided great customer service experience from beginning to completion of a same day stereo install ! No appointment needed! OB provided additional customer support service with a “how to” setup and navigate session I will definitely use them in the future for my stereo needs !
